Developed using Unreal Engine, the project showcases cutting-edge technology and features a user-friendly interface that allows for an intuitive experience. With a single click, users can navigate between key areas of the project, automatically displaying relevant data such as area sizes, while the camera transitions smoothly with auto-calculated trajectories. This high-level interactivity makes the project engaging for both presentations and independent exploration.
The project consists of almost 2 billion polygons, yet thanks to optimization techniques such as Instance copies and resource-efficient geometry handling, it runs smoothly in real-time at 35-50 FPS with 4K resolution on an RTX 4090 graphics card. Additionally, the landscape was meticulously crafted using 8K texture maps, adding a rich layer of realism to the entire environment.
One of the standout features of this project is the integration of Pixel Streaming technology, which allows the entire project to be run on any device with a web browser, from desktops to mobile devices, without sacrificing quality or performance. Users can interact with a high-quality 3D architectural visualization from anywhere, making this format ideal for client presentations and virtual tours.
This project was completed in just one month, covering all phases from conceptual land planning and economic feasibility studies to 3D modeling, texturing, and final implementation in Unreal Engine. Every detail, from environmental assets to lighting and shadow effects, was carefully crafted to deliver a photorealistic experience.
