Immersive Urban Development Project
Discover the future of urban architecture with my Immersive Urban Development Project, designed to showcase the potential of modern city planning. This project integrates essential urban components such as an outlet, supermarket, restaurant, medical center, kindergarten, and residential complex into a comprehensive 3D environment.
The project highlights an intuitive, user-friendly interface that allows seamless navigation between key areas, with smooth camera transitions and automatic display of relevant data like area sizes. This interactivity provides an engaging way to explore the architectural layout, making it ideal for both presentations and independent exploration.
The project includes nearly 2 billion polygons, yet runs efficiently thanks to optimized geometry techniques like Instance copies. The landscape, enhanced with 8K texture maps, brings a realistic depth to the overall design.
One of the key features is the seamless web access via Pixel Streaming, allowing the entire 3D urban environment to be experienced on any device with a browser—whether on desktops or mobile—without sacrificing quality. This makes the format perfect for client presentations, virtual tours, and architectural showcases.
Task
The goal of the Project was to quickly develop a comprehensive land-use concept and create an interactive, immersive presentation. This format allows users to explore the project independently or view it as a guided presentation, accessible through any web browser via Pixel Streaming, making it highly flexible and user-friendly.
